Delete your Maude account

You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Maude and tap More at the bottom.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything.

By email

If you can't use the app, email hello@maudeapp.ai from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 days.

What's deleted

Everything: your account, lists, notes, bills, reminders, appointments in Maude's calendar, conversations, settings, emergency contacts, helper links, and the saved sign-ins for any Google or Microsoft accounts you connected (and Maude's access to them is withdrawn). It's removed from our database straight away and can't be recovered.

Your Google or Microsoft accounts themselves, and anything in them, aren't touched.
